Description
Unit Dose™ Aspergillus brasiliensis pellets are formulated to deliver less than 100 CFU per pellet. Pellets dissolve instantly once hydrated. Supplied in packs of 10 single use vials. One microorganism pellet per vial. Product is quantitatively validated on Sabouraud Dextrose Agar (SDA) with lot precision less than 10% RSD. This product is made using culture acquired directly from Public Health of England. Specifically PHE strain NCPF 2275. Other equivalent strain numbers are ATCC16404, CIP1432.83, IMI149007, and NBRC9455, and WDCM00053. Due to our proprietary manufacturing process this product will contain a mixture of conidia, spores, and hyphae/mycelia. It is not a spore-only product. Product shelf life of 18 months from the date of manufacture. Shipped products have at least six months shelf life remaining. Store product in a standard freezer at a temperature of -20°C to -10°C.
Intended Use
Unit Dose™ vial contains a lyophilized single microorganism culture pellet formulated to deliver less than 100 CFU. To use, simply transfer the pellet to a sterile room temperature hydration fluid. The culture pellet lyophilized in Microgel-Flash™ matrix dissolves in less than a minute with minimum agitation and no incubation. Directly inoculate media without serial dilution for convenience. Unit Dose™ cultures are traceable and quantitatively validated Certified Reference Materials (CRMs). Store in the freezer.
