Designed for the measurement of goat IgG in goat colostrum, milk, serum, plasma, or other biological fluids

IMMUNO-TEK™ Goat IgG ELISA Kit features microplate wells coated with polyclonal antibodies to goat IgG to form the capture phase of the assay. Captured goat IgG reacts with detector antibody, a polyclonal anti-goat IgG conjugated with horseradish peroxidase. This reagent also reacts uniformly with all subclasses of goat IgG. Enzyme activity in the wells is then quantified using tetramethyl benzidine as a substrate.

What's included: One 96-well microplate, 12 mL bottle of detector antibody, 7 mL bottle of goat IgG standard, 100 mL bottle of assay diluent, 125 mL bottle of plate wash buffer, 12 mL bottle of substrate, 12 mL bottle of stop solution, 10 microplate sealers, and a plastic storage bag. Supplier Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is included with product shipment.
