Description
Perfluoroundecanoic acid (PFUnDA) is a perfluorinated carboxylic acid commonly used as an analytical standard in environmental testing, particularly for detecting per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). The addition of sodium hydroxide (NaOH) to methanol (MeOH) solutions helps prevent esterification of PFUnDA, maintaining the stability of the standard.
