10X Plate Wash Buffer (125 mL)

ELISA Wash Buffer is a phosphate buffered saline (PBS) based wash buffer for use in ELISA procedures. The buffer is supplied at a 10X concentration and is the same formulation that is supplied with ZeptoMetrix ELISA Kits. The 10X concentrated stock solution is easily diluted 1:10 (vol:vol) in distilled or deionized water to yield sufficient wash buffer for a typical 96-well microplate ELISA protocol.

Supplement an existing ELISA Kit or use as a convenient general purpose wash buffer for customized ELISA methods.
