NATtrol™ Gastrointestinal Panels Control Kit (24 x 0.2 mL)

NATtrol™ Gastrointestinal Panels Control Kit (NATGIPCK-DIA) includes positive and negative gastrointestinal controls. The positive controls contain purified, intact microorganisms and viruses that have been chemically modified to render them non-infectious and refrigerator stable and are formulated in a proprietary matrix. The negative control is formulated in the absence of any microorganisms or viruses and contains proprietary matrix only.

NATtrol™ Gastrointestinal Panels Control Kit includes positive and negative external run controls intended to be used with molecular assays that detect nucleic acids from Adenovirus F40/41, Astrovirus, Blastocystis spp., Campylobacter spp., Clostridioides difficile (tcdA/tcdB), Cryptosporidium spp., Cyclospora cayetanensis, Dientamoeba fragilis, Entamoeba histolytica, Enterotoxigenic E. coli (ETEC) LT/ST, Giardia lamblia, Microsporidia, Norovirus GI/GII, Plesiomonas shigelloides, Rotavirus A, Salmonella spp., Sapovirus I/II/IV/V, Shiga-like toxin-producing E. coli (STEC) stx1, Shiga-like toxin-producing E. coli (STEC) stx2, Shigella/Enteroinvasive E. coli (EIEC), Strongyloides stercoralis, Vibrio spp., Vibrio cholerae, and Yersinia enterocolitica. The controls can be used to monitor the process steps of extraction, amplification and detection. The controls can also be used for training and evaluation of operator variation.
