E. faecalis High CFU (1000-1500 CFU)

A lyophilized pure culture of E. faecalis preserved in our proprietary Microgel-Flash quick dissolve matrix.  Formulated at 10E4 level and supplied as a package of 10 individually vacuum sealed pellets.  Accompanying COA lists pellet activity, it's associated uncertainty and our internal certification method.  Manufactured and certified under ISO 17034 accreditation.  Stores at -10C to -20C.  Derived from NCTC 775. Stable for 14 months from manufacture.  At least 6 months remain on shipped product.

These microbiological reference materials are designed for use as quantitative control for environmental water analysis. To use, simply transfer the pellet to a sterile room temperature hydration fluid. The culture pellet lyophilized in Microgel-Flash™ matrix dissolves almost instantly with minimum agitation and no incubation. Directly inoculate media without serial dilution for convenience.
