Mouse IgG ELISA (96 Determinations)

Designed for the measurement of mouse Ig in plasma, serum, hybridoma cell supernatants, ascites, or other mouse biological fluids.

IMMUNO-TEK™ Mouse Ig ELISA Kits feature microplate wells coated with polyclonal antibodies to mouse Ig (IgG or IgM) to form the capture phase of the assay. Captured mouse Ig reacts with detector antibody, a polyclonal anti-mouse Ig conjugated with horseradish peroxidase. This reagent also reacts uniformly with all subclasses of mouse Ig. Enzyme activity in the wells is then quantified using tetramethyl benzidine as a substrate.

What's included: One 96-well microplate, 12 mL bottle of detector antibody, 7 mL bottle of mouse IgG standard, 100 mL bottle of assay diluent, 125 mL bottle of plate wash buffer, 12 mL bottle of substrate, 12 mL bottle of stop solution, 10 microplate sealers, and a plastic storage bag. Supplier Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is included with product shipment.
