Designed for the measurement of mouse Ig in plasma, serum, hybridoma cell supernatants, ascites, or other mouse biological fluidsIMMUNO-TEK„¢ Mouse Ig ELISA Kits feature microplate wells coated with polyclonal antibodies to mouse Ig (IgG or IgM) to form the capture phase of the assay. Captured mouse Ig reacts with detector antibody, a polyclonal anti-mouse Ig conjugated with horseradish peroxidase. This reagent also reacts uniformly with all subclasses of mouse Ig.
