Description
Specifically formulated to aid in the binding of antigens or antibodies to microwell plates.
For most antibodies or antigens, the optimal coating concentration is in the range of 1 to 10 μg/mL. After binding the antibody or antigen to the plate it is best to apply a blocking reagent such as ZeptoBlock (0801185 or 0801185L) and a stabilizing reagent such as ZeptoCoat (0801179 or 0801179L) for long term storage.
