Offical Rules for ZeptoMetrix LLC's Summer Sale Discount for Purchase Promotion.

• Potential participants will be notified of the Promotion via email, social media, mailers, printed marketing collateral distributed at tradeshows, and/or word of mouth.
• The Promotion will be in effect and will be applicable to purchases made from July 1, 2024 through August 31, 2024 by customers in the U.S. for shipment to U.S. destinations.
• The Promotion is applicable only to purchases of ZEPTOMETRIX products by clinical laboratory customers.
  
• Participants must use the promo code SUMMER24 at the time of purchase for the purchase to be eligible.
  
• Each eligible purchase in the following amounts will be discounted by the corresponding discount amounts:
             Eligible purchases of $2,500 to $4,999 will be discounted by two hundred dollars ($200).
             Eligible purchases of $5,000 to $7,499 will be discounted by four hundred dollars ($400).
             Eligible purchases of $7,500 or greater will be discounted by six hundred dollars ($600).
• The Promotion is not applicable to purchases made prior to July 1, 2024 or subsequent to August 31, 2024. Discounts are applied on an invoice-by-invoice basis. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts to achieve a higher discount amount.
• ZEPTOMETRIX reserves the right to extend or terminate this Promotion at any time.
• Employees of ZEPTOMETRIX and its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and each such employee’s spouse, domestic partner, parent, grandparent, children, siblings and their spouses and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate.
• Each participant must be at least the minimum age required to participate in promotions such as this in the state in which the participant resides.
• The Promotion is subject to and governed by all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
• ZEPTOMETRIX’S decisions are final on all matters relating to this Promotion. Use of ZEPTOMETRIX’S website and ZEPTOMETRIX’S use of information submitted by participant in connection with this Promotion will be subject to the terms and conditions stated in these Official Rules as well as to ZEPTOMETRIX’S User Agreement and Privacy Policy available on ZEPTOMETRIX’S website.
  
• Participants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of ZEPTOMETRIX, which are final, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. Participants agree that any and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
  
• PARTICIPANTS HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS ZEPTOMETRIX AND ITS PARENT COMPANIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND SHAREHOLDERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASEES”) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, INJURIES, LOSSES, EXPENSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION OR FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OR MISUSE OF A DISCOUNT AWARDED. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT; LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY; AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES. PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT RELEASEES HAVE NOT MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE PROMOTION OR THE DISCOUNT AWARDED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, RELEASEES DO NOT MAKE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO ANY PROMOTIONAL WEB SITE OR THE PROMOTION AND RELEASEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS RELATED THERETO.
  
• Releasees are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, inability to access a website, inability to submit an entry, or fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions or inaccurate transcription of entry information, whether caused by ZEPTOMETRIX, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit an participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion. Should any portion of the Promotion be, in ZEPTOMETRIX’S sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, time of war, national emergency, accident, dangerous weather conditions, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism, health crisis such as a pandemic or epidemic or other matters beyond ZEPTOMETRIX’S reasonable control, or other causes which, in the sole opinion of ZEPTOMETRIX, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play, or submission of entries, or should the Promotion be unable to run as planned for any other reason, as described in these Official Rules, ZEPTOMETRIX reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify or terminate the Promotion.
