Anti-HTLV Type I p19 Clone TP-7 (100 µg)

This murine monoclonal antibody reacts with Human T-Lymphotropic Virus Type I (HTLV-I) core p19. Cross reactivity with HTLV-II p19 has been observed. The antibody is of the IgG1 subclass and has been purified from serum-free cell culture supernatant by ammonium sulfate precipitation. Anti-HTLV-I p19 Clone TP-7 exhibits reactivity with viral lysates examined using Western blotting. It also exhibits reactivity with T-cell cultures which are infected with HTLV-I using indirect immunofluorescence. The antibody immunoprecipitates core protein from radiolabeled infected cell extracts.
