ICP

Inductively coupled plasma (ICP) is a type of plasma source often coupled with common forms of atomic spectroscopy such as optical emission spectroscopy (OES), or atomic emission spectroscopy (AES) for the analysis of elemental composition. Spex® Certiprep Assurance Grade CRMs are designed for ICP analyses as both single-element and multi-element formulations from 1,000 μg/mL and/or 10,000 μg/mL in packaging from 30 mL to 500 mL. Spex Assurance Grade CRMs features include use of high-quality water, acids, and raw materials with direct traceability to NIST (where applicable).
