A 10 x 1g pack of organic brownie that has been inoculated with Aspergillus Niger (NRRL 326) and lyophilized for stability. Intended as a qualitative CRM with inoculum of approximately log 5 per vial. Useful for analyst DOCs, daily QC and method validations. Can be used for cultural and molecular techniques.
