Description
"Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) is an enveloped icosahedral virus
approximately 42 nm in diameter that contains a circular
DNA. HBV Concentrate is produced from HBV positive human
plasma, which is semi-purified and resuspended in PBS.
Each lot of viral concentrate is assayed by quantitative
PCR and it’s sold with values >106 IU/mL.
Each frozen aliquot contains 1 mL of viral concentrate."
