OXITEK™ Human Paraoxonase 1 (PON) Standards QQ and RR Phenotypes (2 x 0.3 mL)

Designed to be used as controls for arylesterase and paraoxonase applicationsPON Standards contain human paraoxonase 1 (PON1) enzyme partially purified from human serum or plasma that has been phenotyped and genotyped for the Q192R polymorphism. PON Standards are suspended in buffer containing 25 mM Tris-HCl, 0.17 mM NaCl, 20% glycerol, 0.1% Tergitol NP-10, and 1.0 mM CaCl2, at pH 8.0. For best results, dilute standards 1:3 for arylesterase assays and 1:20 for paraoxonase assays. Arylesterase activity reference ranges have been determined by the Zeptometrix® Arylesterase/Paraoxonase Assay Kit 08011-99 What's Included:Two 0.3 mL vials of Human Paraoxonase 1 (PON1) standards QQ and RR phenotypes. Supplier Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is included with product shipment

• Use in kinetic activity assays and phenotype/genotype assays
• Divide into smaller aliquots and store at -65°C or below; refrigerate between 2 and 8°C for up to one week
