NATtrol™ CT/NG/TV/MG Positive Control Swab (4 Swabs)

NATtrol™ CT/NG/TV/MG Positive Control Swab (NATSTI-SW) contains purified, intact microorganisms that have been chemically modified to render them non-infectious. Each swab contains Chlamydia trachomatis (LGVII434), Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Trichomonas vaginalis and Mycoplasma genitalium (SEA-1). The analytes are formulated in a proprietary matrix and dried on swabs.

NATtrol™ CT/NG/TV/MG Positive Control Swab is an external run control intended to be used with molecular assays that detect nucleic acids from Chlamydia trachomatis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Trichomonas vaginalis and Mycoplasma genitalium. The control can be used to monitor the process steps of extraction, amplification and detection. The control can also be used for training and evaluation of operator variation.
