A 1 µg high-purity cfDNA standard precisely formulated to represent a Trisomy 13-positive sample. This reference material is created by mixing cfDNA from a Trisomy 13 cell line with a normal cfDNA background to achieve a 5% fetal fraction, stabilized in TE buffer.
