Placing Orders

• Payment terms are Net 30 days to rated organizations or by credit card.
• Orders are binding only upon acceptance and acknowledgement by ZeptoMetrix.
• All orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions for product sales. Any clerical errors are subject to correction.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for your convenience.

ZeptoMetrix maintains authorized dealers in many countries worldwide. Please contact Customer Service directly for further details prior to placing your order. Customers within the UK, Ireland, and Europe may contact our Eastern Headquarters directly.

Returns and/or Exchanges

For non-damaged shipments, products may be returned only upon prior authorization. Perishable items containing expired material or opened vials cannot be returned. Returned products are subject to inspection prior to issuing credit. Shipping charges on all returns are at the customer’s expense. A handling or restocking fee may apply.

Controlled Substances

Before shipping controlled substances, a formal purchase order must be provided in addition to the standard information required for general products and DEA-exempt items. For domestic orders involving Schedule I and II controlled substances, a completed DEA Form 222 must be submitted.

The purchase order must include the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Controlled Substances Registration Certificate number and the applicable state-controlled drug registration number. A current copy of DEA Form 223 (Controlled Substances Registration Certificate) is required for all purchases of controlled substances (Schedules I–V).

Damaged Shipments

The delivery carrier is responsible for damage incurred during shipment. Packing materials should not be discarded when damage is observed. The delivering carrier must be contacted to inspect the damage. Damaged items cannot be returned without prior authorization.
