Escherichia coli 0157:H7;EDL933, External Run Control, Medium (6 X 1 mL)

NATtrol™ Escherichia coli External Run Controls (NATECO(933)-ERCL and NATECO(933)-ERCM) are formulated with purified, intact bacterial cells. The cells have been chemically modified to render them non-infectious and refrigerator stable. Each control pack contains 6 X 1.0 mL of NATtrol™ E. coli. These controls are provided in a proprietary matrix.

NATtrol™ Escherichia coli external run controls are designed to evaluate the performance of nucleic acid tests for determination of the presence of E. coli nucleic acid. NATECO(933)-ERCL and NATECO(933)-ERCM enable laboratories to monitor test variation, lot-to-lot test kit performance, operator variation, and can provide assistance in identifying random or systemic error.
