NATtrol Influenza A H5N1 Quantitative Stock, 1 x 1.0 mL

NATtrol™ Influenza A H5N1 Quantitative Stock (0831198) contains purified phage-like particles that contain synthetic HA, NA and M gene sequences derived from Influenza A H5N1 (Louisiana/12/2024) viral genome. The target concentration for each gene segment is 1.0E+06 copies/mL, measured by digital PCR. The phage-like particles have been chemically modified to render them refrigerator stable. The control is supplied in a proprietary matrix.

NATtrol™ Influenza A H5N1 Quantitative Stock is an external run control intended to be used with molecular assays that detect RNA from Influenza A H5N1. The control can be used to monitor the process steps of extraction, amplification and detection. The control can also be used for training and evaluation of operator variation.
