During our routine refresh process to maintain compliance with state taxing authorities, we ask that you please confirm your exemption status for sales and use tax purposes. Should you have a valid certificate that asserts your exemption status for purchases made from one of the entities listed below, please follow the instructions below.

We understand you may have sent us exemption documentation in the past and/or have not historically been charged sales tax by Antylia/Cole-Parmer Instrument Company. However, we respectfully request refreshed forms to ensure we (1) comply with state and local requirements regarding complete and timely documentation; and (2) correctly apply your exemption status for states we may not currently collect in but may in the future for sales/use tax purposes.

Please send us all applicable resale/exemption certificates for all jurisdictions in which your purchases are exempt. All certificates should be completed in the name of the legal entities (see listing above) from which you are making exempt purchases.
